Complaint and return conditions

  1. Claim period
    The recipient must check the delivery immediately after delivery for any discrepancies with the order confirmation. Discrepancies can be reported by telephone, e-mail or via the form below no later than 5 working days after the delivery date. In consultation with the sales team, a solution will be found to ensure that the delivery conforms to the order. If no complaint is received within 5 days, the delivered goods are deemed to have been accepted by the customer in accordance with the order.
     
  2. Damaged goods on receipt
    Complaints are valid if the packaging of the goods is still in its original and undamaged condition. If items are noticeably damaged on arrival, we shall hold the carrier liable. We must be notified of this within 24 hours of delivery, so please notify us within the same period.
     
  3. Ordered incorrectly
    Delivered items will be taken back under certain conditions. Items must be returned unused/ undamaged in their original packaging. They will be taken back up to 30 days after the delivery date. Under no circumstances will items ordered especially for the customer be taken back.
     
  4. Defective item
    If you have a defective item and would like to have it checked or make a warranty claim, you must register the return. After receiving the item, the service department will check whether it can be repaired or replaced under guarantee.
     
  5. Return number
    Defective or incorrectly delivered articles can only be returned after consultation with the sales team. Please fill in the form below or call 0315-257267. You will receive a return number from the sales team so that the shipment is known. If the shipment is not registered, it may be refused.
     
  6. Handling
    After receipt of a return, our service department will assess within 5 working days whether the return meets the conditions and you will receive feedback about the handling and possible compensation or costs.
