AX-3 Series: Flexible CODESYS Control Systems for Motion & Logic Control

The AX-3 Series offers a wide range of CODESYS-based control solutions, suitable for both motion control and logic control applications.

Motion Controllers with EtherCAT

• AX-308E / AX-316E / AX-332E: support for 8, 16, or 32 EtherCAT axes (AX-332E: minimum synchronization time of 1 ms with 32 axes)
• AX-304EL / AX-364EL: up to 4 or 64 axes in Point-to-Point mode

Logic Controllers

• AX-300N / AX-324N: with 0 or 24 built-in digital I/O points
• Support for expansion modules: digital I/O, analog I/O, temperature modules (up to 32 modules)

Performance & Functions

• Ultra-fast command execution with a minimum command execution time of 2 ns
• Extensive motion functions: position, speed, torque, multi-axis interpolation, electronic gearing (E-gear), E-CAM, and more
• Built-in interfaces: 6–16 DI, 6–8 DO, incremental encoders, SSI absolute encoders, RS-232/422/485, Ethernet, and EtherCAT
