Delta's AX-5 Series is an advanced IIoT controller designed for flexible and fast automation in Industry 4.0 applications. With a powerful quad-core processor, it controls servos, AC motors and remote I/Os simultaneously. The controller supports protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT as well as external Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and is easy to integrate into production lines and MES systems.

Thanks to the 100 Mbps EtherCAT bus and Hot Connect, the AX-5 delivers high synchronization accuracy and real-time I/O updates. The ultra-thin 12 mm I/O modules save space, while the separate I/O power supply ensures stability and easy cabling.

With support for PLCopen and Delta's own motion commands, the AX-5 provides a powerful development environment, including FTP, USB-C and IoT functionality for rapid installation, maintenance and debugging.
